This candidate must be expert on contingency planning strategies, emergency management and IT disaster recovery (DR) guidance and must be able to clearly demonstrate use of same on past projects. References must demonstrate past record of delivering exceptional service. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. The person should be able to demonstrate knowledge of business impact assessment, risk assessment, and pandemic planning issues. Candidates must have exceptional project management experience and a collaborative management approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Candidates must have previous experience working within an NGO environment.

- Minimum 4+ years of contingency planning, emergency management and IT DR experience required, as described above. This experience must be recent.

- Exceptional Program Management skills

- Bachelor’s degree - preferred

- CBCP preferred, PMP preferred
